George Bauer, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bauer brings to his position more than 30 years of business management experience in senior positions both in U.S. and overseas markets. He possesses a strong background in project development and management, marketing, and contract negotiations, as well as extensive experience in governmental, corporate and community relations. Prior to joining the Miss America Organization, Bauer served as an international executive with the Wing Group, a subsidiary of Western Resources, and as a turnaround specialist on several entertainment and resort-related projects.
Bauer holds his Bachelor of Arts from Widener University in Pennsylvania, and a graduate degree from the American Graduate School of International Business (Thunderbird).

Art McMaster, Vice President
McMaster has extensive financial and project management experience within multiple industries. Before joining the Miss America Organization, he served in a number of positions, totaling over twenty years of experience, including a position as Senior Planner for Saudi Aramco, Controller for Engineering firm Day & Zimmerman, and Field Administration Manager for Raytheon Engineers. In his various roles, McMaster has been involved in corporate strategic planning and the development of hundred million dollar budgets. He has been responsible for creating and managing financial reporting systems and has led the path to the computer age for several employers, to the benefit of all of the organizations he has served.
McMaster has his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University in Missouri, and has completed the Executive Financial Management Program at the University of Michigan.

Stephen Moliver, Director of Public Relations
Moliver is a seasoned veteran of the marketing, public relations, advertising, promotions, and media industries. In his career he has worked on the business development, strategic planning and creative services aspects of many different integrated marketing programs. His specialty is electronic and print media, sports and entertainment lifestyle marketing, special events and television project management.
Before joining The Miss America Organization Moliver served in general management, public affairs, marketing and sales positions at Global Television Sports, WMGM-TV and most recently Lenfest Broadcasting. Moliver has held similar management positions for companies in the Atlantic City region, including a professional basketball team, a weekly newsmagazine, and a casino/hotel. He has also worked as a marketing and communications consultant independently for many years. He served as the Executive Producer of the 2002 Miss America Parade live TV broadcast and has produced and directed many other live television events during his career.
Moliver holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Temple University.

Marie Nicholes, Director of Field Operations
Ms. Nicholes brings significant pageant and event-management experience to the executive team at the Miss America Organization. In total, she has dedicated over thirty years of her career to the Miss America Organization.
Prior to assuming her role as Director of Field Operations, Nicholes worked in several capacities within the Field Operations department, first as Assistant Field Director, then as Manager of Field
Operations. The core of Nicholes' experience stems from her over twenty years as a volunteer on the Miss America Organization's Hostess Committee. As the Assistant to the Hostess Chairman, Nicholes managed the schedules and the activities of both the contestants and the hostesses as related to the national competition.
Before joining the Miss America Organization, Ms. Nicholes, a native of Atlantic City, worked in teaching and in the hotel and travel industries.

Jeff Quin, Director of Production and Events
Before joining the Miss America Organization as Director of Production and Events, Quin worked with a number of organizations in a variety of event-planning capacities. He served as the Director of Project Insight, a partnership backed by the NBA, the NFL, and the American Baseball League, where he orchestrated a series of seminars for professional athletes in transition. Quin coordinated Hospitality and Events for the San Antonio Spurs and the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, and held key staff positions within the Student Affairs Departments of several well-known
colleges and universities, including Seton Hall University, Villanova University and the University of Denver.
During his career, Jeff has served as a volunteer within the Miss America Program, as Executive Director of the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Pageant for seven years, and as the Assistant National Field Director and Events Coordinator for the national office of the Miss America Organization for nearly eight years.
Jeff holds his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Santa Fe and a Master of Arts degree from Seton Hall University.

Sharon Becker, Manager of Personal Appearances
Ms. Becker brings over twenty-five years of experience to her position. She has held high-level executive support positions within various industries, coordinating administrative, contracts and insurance activities and overseeing large groups of administrative staff.
Before assuming her current role as Manager of Personal Appearances, Becker was the Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Miss America Organization for five years. Prior to joining the Miss America Organization, Becker worked within the aeronautical industry at Maryland-based CTA Incorporated, where she handled the project scheduling and documentation functions as well as conference planning for a staff of seventy. Becker has significant experience in the legal field, as she worked at local firm Cooper Perskie April Niedelman Wagenheim & Levinson, and for over ten years at northern New Jersey-based Lanigan and O'Connell.
