What do you feel are the ingredients to a great interview?
Honesty, and listening to what the people are asking you. Connecting with the person asking the question, and really making sure that they understand what you're trying to say.

Which aspect of your platform/community achievement are you most proud of?
That's hard to answer specifically, because all of my work in different areas has involved children, so every smile you see on their face, the looks in their eyes and the love that they express makes you know that you've done something worthwhile and important
